You can delete your data at neo-mcp at any time, in three ways.
1. Disconnect an account
This works for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopify and JTL-Wawi.
Sign in at mcp.neoautark.com, open Dashboard, Connections, choose the provider and click "Disconnect".
For Google Ads, Meta and TikTok, neo-mcp then immediately revokes access at the platform and deletes the stored access token, the daily ad figures of that connection, the list of ad accounts and the name or email address the platform sent when you connected. neo-mcp stops reading data from that account. The connection stays listed as disconnected so that you can reconnect it.
Deselect single ad accounts: in the dashboard under Connections, at the provider, untick the account and click "Save selection". neo-mcp then immediately deletes the stored daily ad figures and cached reads of that account and reads nothing more from it; the connection and the other selected accounts stay.
For Shopify, the cached store data and plan data are deleted as well. For JTL-Wawi, the cached items are deleted.
What stays: the change log and the proposals carried out through that connection, as a record of what was changed on your instruction, and documents in neoDocs. They are deleted after the periods in the Privacy Policy, or at once when you delete the workspace (way 2).
You can also remove access directly at the platform: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Meta in Business Settings under "Integrations" or in Facebook Settings under "Business Integrations", remove neo-mcp there; Shopify by deleting your neo-mcp app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard (Shopify notifies us and we delete all data of that store).
2. Delete workspace or account
In the dashboard under Settings, Data:
"Delete workspace" deletes the workspace with all connections, proposals, rules, documents, logs and members, immediately and permanently. Cancel a running subscription under Billing first.
"Delete my account" deletes your sign-in, your sessions and app authorisations, and every workspace where you are the only member.
Before that you can download a copy with "Download my data".
3. By email
Write to infoneoautark.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the email address of your account. For Meta data, your Meta user ID helps us find it. We confirm receipt, delete within one month and tell you the result.
What remains
Billing records, for as long as the law requires. Deleted data leaves our backups after 30 days at the latest, and from our hosting provider's server images after up to 7 further days.
Customers of a store
If you are a customer of a merchant who uses neo-mcp, please contact the merchant. Shopify forwards deletion requests to us and we handle them automatically.
