The login page keeps coming back

The connection flow needs a signed-in browser session. If you are sent back to the login page, log in again in the same browser that the client opened, and make sure it accepts cookies. If you registered recently, confirm your email address first when a confirmation mail was sent. You can log in here and start the connection again from your client.

If you see "Nothing to authorize", the page was opened directly. It only works when a client starts the connection, so connect again from the client.

The connector shows no tools

• Check that the server URL ends in /api/mcp and matches the one on install.
• In Claude, switch the connector on for the conversation under + > Connectors.
• In Claude Code, run claude mcp list. "Needs authentication" means run /mcp and sign in.
• Claude on the web connects from Anthropic's cloud. A server on a private network or on localhost cannot be reached.
• An error that the user has no workspace means you must sign in to the web app once so the workspace is created.

Access expired or write access is missing

"The access token expired" or "invalid" means the connection has to be renewed: disconnect neo-mcp in your client and connect it again. If a change fails with a message about the mcp:write scope, the connection was authorized without write access. Reconnect and allow it.

If a tool says you need a higher role, ask a workspace owner to change your role on the team page.

If an ad or store account has an expired or failing token, the readiness check names it. Reconnect it on Connections. A proposal for an account that is not connected is refused until you do.

Free calls are used up

A free workspace has 30 test calls in total. When they are gone, tool calls stop working until the workspace has a plan. Billing shows the plan and current usage.

A proposal is blocked by a guardrail

The error names the rule that was broken, for example a budget change above the allowed percentage, a daily budget above the ceiling, or an action on the blocked list. Either change the proposal to stay within the rule, or ask an owner to adjust the rule on the Guardrails page.

A proposal that nobody decides before its expiry time is not applied. Ask Claude to propose it again. Approving needs the approver role. Approved proposals the ad platform refuses appear as failed on Approvals with the platform's error.
